Condominium Board of Directors
At the Annual Meeting the owners elect a volunteer Board of Directors that handles building maintenance, acts as a liaison between the property manager and the owners, and otherwise carries out the duties outlined in the condo bylaws. The annual board meeting is held every fall. All building owners will receive a formal notice by email at least 21 days prior to the meeting.

Although this Board was elected to serve the Condo Association, please remember that its members are volunteers. If possible, please call upon them only between 9:00 am and 9:00 pm.
